She started with a very open mind and listened to our preferences; something that was particularly important to us given this was the first development project we've undertaken at this scale. Sophie clearly has a breath of skills spanning structural considerations all the way through to the finer points of design detail. The overwhelming mass of options and decisions to face when doing a house refurb was made smooth and enjoyable with Sophie helping us to navigate them all. Her warm and approachable style helped the process go smoothly; this was also evident as she liaised and of worked alongside various other third-party providers. She quickly built trust with us and then giving clear options with pros and cons and finding solutions for all the little problems that inevitably arise during any building work. We're delighted with the end result both in terms of the usability of the space, how it looks, but also how Sophie helped us partner with all of the different suppliers and stakeholders from design through to build. Once we chose our favorite option, Sophie further adjusted it to our taste to make sure we were happy with the final design. Finally, she provided the detailed guidance for our builders to make sure that the rooms look exactly as they do on her 3D visualisations.
