Designed for an awkward triangular plot between two housing estates, the proposal creates a cost-effective new-build family home that balances context, daylight and energy efficiency. By using regular right-angled geometry and simple construction principles, the design makes elegant sense of an irregular shape - proving that modest, well-considered architecture can unlock even the most constrained urban spaces.
